4. Orders

Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product.
After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SILKX cannot be held responsible for any indirect or intangible damage related to the purchase or use of a product.
SILKX 's liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the customer.
